Job summary

Search Asia Consulting PTE. LTD. is seeking a WMS-focused professional to design and implement scalable warehouse management solutions across regional sites in Singapore.

The role partners with customers, Operations, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into effective functional/technical outcomes. Responsibilities include leading integrations with ERP/OMS/TMS, automations, and reporting platforms, and supporting the full lifecycle from design to post-implementation stabilisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT.
• At least 5 years of experience in 3PL.

• Partner with customers, Operations, IT, and vendors to translate business requirements into practical functional and technical solutions.
• Lead integration between WMS and ERP, OMS, TMS, carrier systems, customer platforms, and reporting solutions.
• Design and support integration with automation technologies such as WCS/WES, conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, AMRs, and other material handling solutions.
• Support the full project lifecycle from solution design and testing through deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilisation.
• Ensure solutions meet architectural standards for scalability, security, availability, performance, business continuity, and reliability.
• Support customer solutioning and pre-sales activities while driving technology standardisation and digital innovation across Contract Logistics.

• Ensure solutions meet architectural standards and requirements for scalability, security, availability, performance, business continuity, and system reliability.
• Support customer solutioning and pre-sales activities while driving technology standardisation, process improvements, digital innovation, and best practices across Contract Logistics operations.
