You will lead a team of 20-30 desktop engineers, drive ITIL-aligned operations, perform hardening, audits, and 24/7 support when required, while collaborating with stakeholders to meet security and availability targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Wintel support and infrastructure management.
• I TIL and ISO standards knowledge required.
• Experience with large-scale server environments and lifecycle management.
