Alta Group in Singapore seeks a high-performing Head of Sales (Wholesale & Intermediary) to lead B2B distribution across accredited and professional investor channels. You will expand the wholesale distribution network, manage relationships with EAMs, MFOs, Private Banks, and Independent Financial Advisors, and drive capital raising through intermediary-led channels.

• 5–8+ years in Financial Services Sales
• Strong wholesale distribution or intermediary sales experience
• Active network with EAMs, Family Offices, Private Bankers in SEA
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Sales hunter with target-driven mindset in fintech/investment environments

Mansioni

• Business Development: identify, onboard and manage intermediary partners (Private Banks, Brokerages, EAMs, MFOs, Boutique Wealth Managers); build a robust B2B pipeline across the region; pitch deal flow and investment products to partner firms' investment committees and RMs.
• Account Management & Distribution: be the primary contact for intermediaries; educate RMs on private markets (Pre-IPO, VC, Private Credit); organise roadshows, briefings and training; support the full distribution lifecycle from engagement to deal close.
• Strategy & Operations: collaborate with Investment Team to understand deal structures; translate complex information into compelling sales narratives; provide market feedback to product/investment teams; manage full sales cycle and ensure regulatory compliance for accredited/investors.
