Job summary

Love, Bonito, Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, seeks a Key Account Manager - Wholesale & Franchise in Singapore. You will own the operational and merchandising engine behind the franchise and wholesale business, from day-to-day partner accounts to quarterly buying, onboarding, SOPs, and performance reporting.

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you’ll bring strong retail/merchandising judgment, coordinate with Marketing for campaigns, and build scalable systems to expand

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail/wholesale operations, buying, merchandising, or franchise/partner management.
• Strong merchandising instinct — curating assortments and balancing brand vision with partner appetite.
• Process-oriented with ability to build SOPs, operations manuals, and scalable systems.
• Experience with inventory management, retail supply chain, or partner enablement.
• Comfortable owning P&Ls, budgets, and quarterly sales plans; data-driven decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management across Merchandising, VM, Marketing, and IT/Ops.
• Familiarity with reporting/dashboarding tools; interest in AI for reporting is a plus.
• Growth-oriented, hands-on ownership today with appetite for broader strategic planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for market visits and store openings.
• Self-starter with ownership, structured thinking, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day partner contact for wholesale/franchise partners: queries and operations.
• Lead quarterly buying sessions, curate styles balancing brand vision and sell-through potential.
• Coordinate with Marketing on asset delivery and global campaign timing.
• Review assortment planning with Merchandising and VM for new store/online launches.
• Ensure partners have tools/training to uphold LB's retail standards; manage P&Ls and dashboards.
• Oversee onboarding end-to-end: account setup, store launches, post-launch support.
• Build SOPs and an operations manual; maintain consolidated performance dashboards.
