Love, Bonito is hiring a Key Account Manager - Wholesale & Franchise to own the operational and merchandising engine behind our franchise and wholesale business. You’ll manage partner accounts end-to-end, lead quarterly buy sessions, and collaborate with Marketing to land campaigns on the ground.

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you’ll build scalable systems, drive growth, and expand across markets with strong retail/merchandising judgment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/wholesale operations, buying, merchandising, or franchise/partner management.
• Strong merchandising instinct and ability to curate assortments.
• Process-oriented with ability to build SOPs and scalable systems.
• Comfort with P&Ls, budgets, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day partner accounts and quarterly buying sessions.
• Coordinate marketing assets, campaigns, and store openings across markets.
• Lead onboarding, SOPs, and reporting across the partner network.
• Build growth plans, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Manage master timelines and cross-functional project briefings.
