Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a Business Development Operations Manager to own the operations and merchandising engine for its franchise and wholesale business. You will manage partner accounts, drive quarterly buying, onboarding, SOPs, and performance reporting, reporting to the VP of Business Development.

You’ll bring retail/merchandising judgment to partner buys and coordinate with Marketing on campaigns. This role focuses on scaling the franchise network across markets, strengthening brand

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/merchandising and partner management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to build dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship & Enablement and Operational Support: act as day-to-day contact for partners and coordinate marketing assets and campaigns.
• Strategic & Growth Planning: build yearly growth plans, leading monthly business reviews and managing partner P&Ls.
• New Partners Onboarding & New projects Execution: oversee onboarding, store launches, and new online channels; coordinate with design and marketing teams.
• SOP Optimization and Reporting: manage master timelines for SOPs and performance reporting.
