Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites undergraduates or postgraduate students to join the Operations Support & Systems Internship within Global Corporate Banking. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to Core Banking System projects, data analysis, and operational workflows that support large-scale corporate banking activities.

You’ll collaborate with system owners and teams to analyse processes, test solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student interested in banking operations, systems, or technology.
• Curious, analytical, and motivated to learn in a banking environment.
• Comfortable working with data, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Core Banking System Projects: assist in development, testing, and implementation of Core Banking System projects.
• Operational Support: support process analysis and optimisation for day-to-day operations.
• System Support: work with the System Owner to monitor and optimise Global Wholesale Banking systems.
• Data & Analysis Support: assist with analysis, reporting, and visualisation.
• Ad-hoc Projects: support system, operational, or project initiatives.
