Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives across the Consumer Financial Services division.
• Programme Management: assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful programme execution.
• Business Analysis: support analysis activities related to customer journeys, business processes, and strategic initiatives to drive informed decision-making.
• Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and support functions to facilitate project delivery and alignment.
• Performance Tracking: assist in preparing project updates, status reports, presentations, and management communications.
• Risk Management Support: identify and monitor programme risks, issues, and action items while supporting mitigation efforts.
• Customer Journey Initiatives: contribute to projects focused on enhancing customer experiences and improving operational effectiveness across the division.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other strategic, transformation, and business management initiatives as assigned.
