Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Western Cuisine Cook (Food manufacture) based at our Singapore facility.

The role involves preparing and cooking dishes to standard recipes, while maintaining quality, portioning and presentation in line with GMP and food safety requirements. You will support daily production activities, train junior staff, monitor inventory, and assist with new product development and recipe testing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Western cooking or food production.
• Culinary diploma/certificate or equivalent.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP and SOPs is advantageous.
• Experience in batch cooking or food processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, quality specs.
• Support daily production, ensuring taste, portions and presentation.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and safety per SFA requirements.
• Follow SOPs to ensure product consistency.
• Monitor quantities, stock rotation and minimise wastage.
• Assist with inventory control and stock management.
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
• Train junior kitchen staff on procedures and hygiene practices.
• Ensure GMP and food safety compliance.
• Assist with new product development and recipe testing.
