Job summary

INTERNATIONAL CATERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a hands-on culinary professional to support Western, canapé, tea reception, buffet and sit-down event catering. You will prepare and present dishes with attention to taste, design and quality for customer satisfaction and profitability.

You should be able to work independently, manage mise-en-place for all ingredients, ensure cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas, and maintain orderly kitchen tools and equipment for prompt

Responsibilities

• a) Involved in the preparation and cooking of all related Western, Canape, Tea Reception Buffet Catering and Sit Down event.
• b) Produce high quality plated both design, taste and quality wise to drive company's profit and customer satisfaction and expectations.
• c) Able to work independently and hands on in mis-en-place for all food ingredients.
• d) Ensuring the food preparation are clean and hygienic.
• e) Ensure prompt housekeeping in food preparation area,equipment and other kitchen tools.
