HENG GOT MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable kitchen operations lead to manage daily Western restaurant operations, plan menus, supervise staff, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle staff training, cost control, shift planning, and guest feedback resolution, with at least 5 years in Western food service and a relevant F&B certification; weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Western Restaurant / Retail or equivalent.
• Certificate in Food & Beverage service required.
• Excellent communication and planning skills; ability to lead a dynamic service team.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Flexible, able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Willing to commit to shift work, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Managing day-to-day kitchen operations, including planning and directing Western food preparation.
• Ordering food ingredients from suppliers.
• Planning of weekly schedule.
• Training and coaching of staff, handling staff issues and evaluating staff.
• Prepare maintenance reports and food loss reports.
• Recruitment of part-time candidates.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager.
• Assist in investigations of customer complaints.
• Streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead daily store meetings.
• Cost control (food cost / labour cost).
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:
