Job summary

mei yan e sheng pte. ltd. is seeking a responsible and hands-on Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Massage & Wellness Centre in Singapore.

You will ensure smooth running of the outlet and deliver high-quality massage therapy services as part of regular duties. You will manage customer appointments, staff schedules and manpower, supervise and guide the team to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction, and handle enquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Relevant massage therapy experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
