Job summary

K Massage Health Center in Singapore is seeking a Wellness Center Manager to lead daily operations and directly provide massage therapies. The role blends leadership, client care, and hands-on wellness expertise to ensure top-quality service.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of massage therapy and wellness operations experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse clients. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring long hours and holiday work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in massage therapy and wellness operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in foot reflexology, Tui Na, body oil massage, sports and/or deep tissue massage.
• Able to work long hours and on public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Comfortable working with diverse clientele.
• Flat salary (no commission)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wellness center, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
• Supervise and support massage therapists and staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Maintain hygiene standards, manage linen replacement, and sterilize equipment.
• Provide massage services listed in the brochure, including foot reflexology, Tui Na, body oil massage, and deep tissue techniques.
• Consult with clients to recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Accept all assigned clients and tasks without refusal.
• Lead by example in professionalism, grooming, and customer interaction
