We are looking for a passionate, service-oriented and results-driven Wellness Consultant & Operations Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on role combining client consultation, treatment delivery, sales and centre operations.

Job Summary

As a Wellness Consultant & Operations Executive, you will manage the complete client journey — from enquiries and consultations to treatment, package recommendations, follow-up and long‑term client retention.

You will also support the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that clients receive a smooth, professional and personalised experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident in consultative sales, and takes ownership of both client experience and business results.

Key Responsibilities

Wellness Consultation & Sales

• Conduct professional consultations to understand clients' concerns, lifestyle and wellness goals.

• Perform body composition and wellness assessments where appropriate.

• Recommend suitable treatment programmes and packages based on individual client needs.

• Convert enquiries and trial sessions into appropriate treatment programmes and packages.

• Proactively follow up with new enquiries, trial clients, existing clients and past clients.

• Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat visits, package renewals and referrals.

• Work towards individual and centre sales, conversion and revenue targets.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and introducing clients to other suitable WCTC services.

Treatment Delivery

• Perform machine-based wellness, body contouring and therapeutic treatments after completing the required training.

• Deliver treatments safely and professionally according to company protocols.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment programme.

• Provide appropriate recommendations based on clients' progress and goals.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes.

• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are properly prepared and maintained.

Client Experience & Retention

• Provide a warm, professional and personalised experience throughout the client's journey.

• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

• Handle enquiries, feedback and client concerns professionally.

• Follow up on client progress and encourage continuity of care where appropriate.

• Support client retention, renewals and referrals through excellent service.

Centre Operations

• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.

• Manage appointments, bookings and client communications when required.

• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and common areas are maintained according to operational and hygiene standards.

• Maintain accurate client records and administrative documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety protocols.

• Coordinate with therapists, instructors and other team members on client appointments and operational matters.

• Support promotions, events and other centre initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, wellness, healthcare, physiotherapy, fitness, aesthetics or beauty is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable with consultative selling and working towards revenue targets.

• Service-oriented with a genuine interest in health and wellness.

• Proactive and confident in following up with leads and clients.

• Self‑motivated, responsible and able to take ownership of tasks.

• Organised and comfortable handling both client‑facing and operational responsibilities.

• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

• Comfortable using digital booking, CRM and administrative systems.

• Willing to undergo training on WCTC's treatment protocols and equipment.

• Able to work on weekends according to roster requirements.

Remuneration

Basic Salary + Attractive Commission + Performance Incentives
