Job summary

NATURAL HEALING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales and revenue growth of our clinic's services and products.

You will be the first contact for clients and will understand their needs to recommend appropriate treatments and products. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and the ability to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a similar industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Interest in spinal health and body maintenance works.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Respresentative, you will be responsible for driving the sales and revenue growth of our clinic's services and products. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and recommend the most appropriate treatments and products to achieve their desired results.

Job Scope

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales and repeat business

• Manage and update the clinic's customer database and ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date
• Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase the clinic's customer base and revenue
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards

Requirements
