Job summary

You will greet clients by name, escort them, coordinate session bookings, arrange refreshments, and collaborate with clinical staff to anticipate needs and resolve any concerns with discretion and warmth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a premium or luxury service environment.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients is an advantage.
• Polished, warm and discreet with excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with sales conversations and quick to learn new systems and medical terminology.

• Be the client's/patient's dedicated point of contact throughout their journey (before, during and after every visit), building rapport and remembering preferences (e.g., preferred name, language, dietary and privacy needs, PA or family contacts).

• Greet clients by name, escort them, keep them comfortable and informed, and minimize waiting. Look after accompanying guests and arrange transport, parking or refreshments as needed.

• Handle requests promptly and discreetly, anticipate needs before they become issues, and follow any concern through until it is resolved.

• Work closely with various internal health wellness discipline to ensure clients are comfortable and well taken care of throughout their sessions.

• Coordinate session bookings, room and equipment readiness, and client flow.

Requirement

• Experience in a premium or luxury service environment (e.g., private healthcare, luxury hospitality, private banking, concierge).
  
• Experiencing in working with high-net-worth clients is an advantage - to anticipate service needs.

• Polished, warm and discreet, with excellent spoken and written English, strong organization and composure under pressure.

• Comfortable with sales conversations, and quick to learn new systems, equipment and medical terminology. Genuine interest in health and wellness.
