Job summary

NHG Population Health seeks an Employee Wellbeing & Engagement professional to design, implement, and enhance programmes that boost employee wellbeing and workplace experience. The role supports NHG Health and PopHealth’s Great Place to Work vision, reporting to the Senior Manager, Wellbeing, Engagement and Culture.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across NHG Health to drive initiatives guided by MOH guidelines, manage budgets, procurement, contracts, and communications, and leverage data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required across any discipline.
• 3+ years in project management, preferably in staff wellbeing/engagement or HR.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery and ongoing enhancement of staff wellbeing programmes and services.
• Partner stakeholders to plan and execute organization-wide engagement initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate and manage multiple wellbeing programmes with timely delivery.
• Develop communications content to drive awareness and sustained engagement across programmes.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enable collaboration.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Manage budgeting, procurement, contract administration, logistics, and records management to support delivery.
