What the day will look like
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven wellbeing strategies and programmes for clients.
  • Run end-to-end survey projects: set up questionnaires, manage fieldwork, analyse survey and related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities at client, segment, and benchmark level.
  • Support analysis of broader workforce health datasets, including survey, claims, utilisation, demographic, and wellbeing programme data to inform client recommendations.
  • Turn data into clear, client-ready outputs, including charts, summaries, reports, and executive-ready presentations that translate complex findings into concise, actionable insights.
  • Support client discussions and help shape next-step recommendations on wellbeing strategy and programme design.
  • Take ownership of defined project workstreams, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, issue tracking, and delivery management across multiple client accounts.
  • Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, and industry scanning to identify emerging wellbeing solutions, best practices, and innovation opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Aon's wellbeing analytics products and intellectual property.
  • Support thought leadership and Aon's voice in the market by preparing insights, case studies, articles, presentations, and content for external publications and events.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, client records, and knowledge repositories to support delivery quality, continuity, and knowledge sharing across the team.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, Psychology) or equivalent practical experience.
