Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a motivated student to join its Rewards & Well-being team. You’ll help shape programs that support employee health, engagement, and inclusion while gaining exposure to communications and events.

As you pursue a Degree or Diploma in Communications, HR, Psychology, or Business, you’ll create content, review programs using data, assist with events, and collaborate with partners across the business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills and content creation ability.
• Curious, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and suggest improvements to well-being and benefits programs using data, employee feedback, and research.
• Create engaging content (emails, intranet posts, newsletters) about well-being initiatives.
• Support and run events including Wellness Roadshows and World Mental Health Day activations.
• Track participation and engagement metrics to measure impact.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to strengthen communication and presentation skills.
