Job summary

Singtel is offering an internship that supports the IoT product portfolio and the day-to-day management of product features. You will assist in gathering business and technical requirements and conduct market and technology research to shape strategy and roadmaps.

You will collaborate with Product, Network, IT and partner teams, participate in testing and validation, and help document processes for onboarding, billing, delivery and operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the IoT product portfolio in day-to-day management.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business, customer and technical requirements.
• Conduct market, competitor and technology research to support strategy and roadmap planning.
• Coordinate with Product, Network, IT and Technology Partner teams during development and delivery.
• Support testing, validation and documentation of new product features and system enhancements.
• Help analyse product usage, customer feedback and operational data to identify improvements.

• Support the product team in the day-to-day management of the IoT product portfolio.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business, customer and technical requirements.
• Conduct market, competitor and technology research to support product strategy and roadmap planning.
• Assist in coordinating with Product, Network, IT and Technology Partner teams during product development and delivery.

Skills For Success

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and business concepts quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with data analysis or presentation tools is an advantage.
