Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics in Singapore leads in development and assembly of industrial systems and high-tech components. We are looking for a skilled welder to join our on-site production team in a challenging, high-tech environment.

You will operate welding torches (MIG/TIG), read technical drawings, and ensure parts meet specifications. You will also record production timings and keep tools and workspace clean.

Qualifications

• Experience welding sheet metal using MIG and TIG processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments for part verification and visual inspections.
• Record production timings and keep tools and workspace clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Produce metal parts to defined specifications by operating metal cutting, forming and finishing machines.
• Operate welding torch to bond sheet metal parts together (MIG/TIG).
• Check accuracy of parts produced using measuring instruments and visual checks.
• Record timing in production orders when jobs are completed.
• Maintain and clean tools and work area.

• Check accuracy of parts produced with measuring instruments and visual checks.
