MILLY AND FROST is seeking a Wedding Coordinator to join our team on weekends in Singapore. You will work closely with clients to execute their wedding dreams, coordinating vendors, timelines, and on-site logistics with poise and professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, calm under pressure, and the stamina to manage long shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Prior event or hospitality experience is preferred, with a passion for delivering memorable celebrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or wedding management.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership communication to direct crowds and vendors.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve logistical issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor logistics from arrival to teardown.
• Supervise styling and setup of items.
• Manage timelines and transitions during the day.
• Direct ceremony & reception events, including music cues and speeches.
• Proactively handle weather, vendor delays, and technical issues.
• Wrap up and supervise pack-out and return of rentals.
