Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to join the customer acquisition team focused on onboarding new parents into a supportive community.

The role involves sharing the Centre's vision, recommending suitable programs, and coordinating with teaching staff to drive parent engagement and student progress. Candidates should be comfortable with weekend hours and possess a relevant diploma or degree.

Formación

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Educational background (e.g., tutoring, learning centres, coaching) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community.
• Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students.
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement.
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents' advocate and manage relationships with them.
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and ensure payment for classes is received.
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion.
• Handle general administrative duties, e.g. sending onboarding emails, data entry, sorting data and research.
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system.
• Continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents.
