Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an entry-level role in our customer acquisition team to onboard new parents and connect families with our learning-centre programs. You will share the Centre's vision and tailor recommendations to each family, while supporting engagement through events and community activities.

You will work weekends (Wed–Sun, 9am–6pm), handle light admin, CRM data entry, and coordination with teaching staff to track student progress and follow up with parents to

• No experience required; training provided.
• Experience in tutoring/learning centres is a plus.
• Must enjoy working with children and teens.
• Ability to work on weekends.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community
• Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents' advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
• Continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents

Requirement

• No experience required as Traning will be provided!
• Polytechnic Diploma or Recognized Degree in any discipline
• Some educational background eg: Tutoring, learning centres, coaching a plus
• Good with children / teenagers; able to build a community with learners & parents
• Able to work on full weekends (Wed to Sun) 9am to 6pm (Public Holidays OFF
