VOCO ORCHARD SINGAPORE, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Catering Sales Manager (Weddings) to drive wedding segment sales and support overall catering revenue at voco Orchard Singapore. The role collaborates with Banquet and other departments to ensure successful events and strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in hospitality sales, excellent communication, and are able to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

3–4 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
Good communication skills and shows initiative.
Committed to working weekends, public holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

Drive business through direct sales solicitation for the wedding segment and support catering revenue.
Collaborate with Banquet and other departments to ensure event success.
Promote teamwork through daily communication with hotel departments.
Develop wedding packages to maximise conversions and profitability.
Prepare contracts for Weddings & social events.
Represent the hotel at wedding shows and events.
Produce monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Maintain client files and update information daily.
Follow up with clients during and after events to ensure satisfaction.
Be a Trusted Advisor to the wedding couple.
