Job summary

WeChat Pay is looking to expand internationally to create a larger network of merchants and convenience for WeChat users globally. The role involves collaborating with Business Development to strengthen customer relations and explore opportunities, and coordinating with KA merchants and institutions on access, materials, and activities.

You will conduct market research including store visits, gather market dynamics, user insights, and arrange on-site material deployment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration with international teams.
• Strong project-management and execution capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for meetings and materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BD to strengthen customer relations and explore business opportunities.
• Facilitate cooperation with KA merchants or institutions regarding access, materials, and activities.
• Market research including store inspections, market dynamics, and user research.
• Material deployment: arrange on-site deployment for areas not easily covered by institutions.
• Business communication: assist in explaining product updates and opportunities with partners.
