Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented assistant to support website content migration, verification, and CMS-based content updates. You will monitor migration progress, assist content editors, and conduct research to produce basic digital assets. Strong organization and the ability to learn new tools are essential.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with WCAG are preferred. The role requires independent and collaborative work in a team environment, with duties assigned

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Familiarity with WCAG is preferred.
• Experience in web content management or CMS is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate website content migration activities for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and update migration progress and status records.
• Create, update, and maintain website content using approved CMS/tools.
• Conduct web content research and prepare basic digital assets for content development.
• Provide administrative and coordination support as needed.
