Job summary

CGP Personnel is seeking a Digital Content Assistant for a 6-month term in Singapore to support a website migration project. You will help ensure content is accurate, well-organised and accessible while gaining hands-on experience in digital content management.

Responsibilities include reviewing migrated content, tracking progress, and assisting editors with CMS workflows, research and basic digital artwork. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Experience with website content authoring or CMS is a plus.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify website content during migration for accuracy.
• Help monitor migration progress and keep records updated.
• Support editors with uploading and editing site content in a CMS.
• Conduct online research to support content development.
• Create simple digital visuals to accompany content when needed.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
