Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd seeks a capable content support assistant to help verify website content migration and assist editors in tracking progress. You will contribute to content creation, editing, and updates, and perform basic digital artwork to aid editors.

Ideal candidates have English at GCE A-Level level, strong MS 365 skills, and awareness of WCAG guidelines. This 6-month role involves administrative tasks and on-site work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A-Level qualification with a pass in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience in website content authoring or using a web content management system (WCMS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in verifying website content migration activities.
• Assist content editors in tracking and updating website migration progress.
• Support content editors with website content creation, editing and updates.
• Conduct web content research and create simple digital artwork to support content editors.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervising officers.
