Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a short-term assistant to support website content migration verification and updates. You will help content editors track migration status and perform simple web content authoring and edits.

The role requires basic MS 365 skills, familiarity with WCAG, and some CMS experience. It is a 6-month contract based at City Hall, Singapore, with standard work hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A-Level qualification with a pass in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience in performing web content authoring or using a web content management system tool would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in carrying out verification of website content migration activities.
• Support content editors in tracking and updating the website migration status.
• Support content editors to perform web content authoring and edits.
• Perform web content research and create simple digital artwork to support content editors.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervising officers.
