Job summary

Binance is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive Web3 wallet initiatives globally. The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional campaigns, optimizing DEX liquidity strategies, and delivering data-driven improvements in performance.

You will collaborate with teams across functions to translate business demands into actionable plans, maintain strong communication, and drive project success in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industries.
Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate across teams to optimize and potentially combine campaigns under one central theme.
Good understanding of DEX Liquidity Strategy.
Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, and self-motivation.
Sense of responsibility and strong capability.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve KPI.
Assist the team lead to implement structured workflow, guidelines and improve team efficiency.
Monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle and ensure targets are met within the timeline.
Investigate business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation.
Analyze issues faced by users and propose solutions.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
