Qualifications

• 3+ years as a product manager in fintech/payments with demonstrated growth results.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of growing products.
• Experience across full product life cycle: from requirements to launch and operation.
• Deep understanding of user experience, user scenarios, and psychology.
• Proactive, collaborative, adaptable to fast-changing environments.
• Experience in Southeast Asian and/or Latin American markets preferred.
• Fluent English communication and ability to collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for growth of overseas digital wallet user base and transaction volume.
• Research markets to define value propositions, competitive strategies, and regulatory considerations.
• Plan growth initiatives by expanding user scenarios and coordinating marketing efforts in multi-market contexts.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for digital wallet growth, including planning, design, development, testing, launch, and operations.
• Focus on user experience, growth ROI, risk controls integration, data impact analysis, and backend capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across markets to improve delivery efficiency.
