Binance is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive Web3 wallet initiatives globally. The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional campaigns, optimizing DEX liquidity strategies, and delivering data-driven improvements in performance.

You will collaborate with teams across functions to translate business demands into actionable plans, maintain strong communication, and drive project success in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industries.
• Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize and potentially combine campaigns under one central theme.
• Good understanding of DEX Liquidity Strategy.
• Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, and self-motivation.
• Sense of responsibility and strong capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve KPI.
• Assist the team lead to implement structured workflow, guidelines and improve team efficiency.
• Monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle and ensure targets are met within the timeline.
• Investigate business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation.
• Analyze issues faced by users and propose solutions.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
