Job summary

Binance is seeking a Business Development Analyst to help develop new business opportunities across Web3, drive growth through strategic partnerships, and improve operational efficiency within the BD organization. The role requires a data-driven mindset and strong cross-border collaboration skills.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, with 1–2 years of relevant experience, and a passion for crypto and digital assets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business development or related fields.
• Background in business development, strategy, operations, venture building, management consulting, branding, project management, venture capital, or portfolio management.
• Effective communicator able to represent Binance to external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in cross-border collaborative business development projects.
• Data-driven approach to decision making.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to drive agendas with minimal guidance or supervision.
• Passion for crypto and digital assets; crypto native is a plus.
