Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineer to manage a suite of corporate systems and websites within the HR Excellence & Learning cluster, supporting the System Manager in daily operations, enhancements, and integrations for Talent Outreach platforms.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver timely upgrades, perform service management tasks, and align IT delivery across systems to improve reliability and performance in a government/public service context.

Qualifications

Knowledge of IT IM8 policies, system operations and public service compliance.
Experience in system management roles within MINDEF or public service is preferred.
Experience managing SaaS products is an advantage.
UX/UI experience or collaboration with UX/UI teams on web projects, or GovTech product exposure.

Responsibilities

Perform as Engineer for a suite of HR Excellence & Learning systems.
Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver system management and timely upgrades.
Carry out service management activities, review logs, and streamline operations.
Align practices across projects to improve IT delivery and sustainment.
Propose approaches to address common system management challenges to improve delivery.
