Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineer / Senior Engineer to support the daily management and continuous improvement of our corporate HR systems and websites in the outreach domain. The role involves collaboration with system managers, users, vendors and technical teams on upgrades, changes and integrations, with emphasis on maintaining compliance and strengthening service delivery across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT system management, operations and compliance.
• Familiarity with IM8 policies; MINDEF or public-sector preferred.
• Experience maintaining or implementing web projects with UX/UI teams; GovTech knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily management and continuous improvement of corporate HR systems and websites.
• Collaborate with system managers, users, vendors and technical teams on upgrades, changes and integration touchpoints.
• Review system logs, support compliance operations, improve operating procedures and strengthen service delivery.
