Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineer / Senior Engineer to support the daily management and continuous improvement of our corporate HR systems and websites in the outreach domain. The role involves collaboration with system managers, users, vendors and technical teams on upgrades, changes and integrations, with emphasis on maintaining compliance and strengthening service delivery across platforms.

• Experience in IT system management, operations and compliance.
• Familiarity with IM8 policies; MINDEF or public-sector preferred.
• Experience maintaining or implementing web projects with UX/UI teams; GovTech knowledge is a plus.

Job description

What you will do

Support the daily management and continuous improvement of a suite of corporate systems and websites in the HR and talent outreach domain.

You will work with system managers, users, vendors and technical teams to support system operations, enhancements, upgrades, change requests and integration touchpoints. You will also review system logs, support compliance operations, improve operating procedures and recommend ways to strengthen service delivery.

What we’re looking for

• Someone with experience in IT system management, system operations and support, and compliance.
• Knowledge of IM8 policies and experience in a public-sector or MINDEF environment are preferred. Experience managing SaaS products is an advantage.
• Experience maintaining or implementing web projects, working with UX/UI teams, or supporting GovTech products would also be useful, but is not stated as a mandatory requirement.

Salary package: $5,000-$6,250
