Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Knowledge Management & Intranet Content Lead to own the team's knowledge repositories and craft engaging content that translates risk, data protection, and business continuity concepts for internal audiences.

You will design and publish intranet articles, infographics, and dashboards, partnering with colleagues to raise awareness, promote best practices, and strengthen the organisation's risk culture across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Digital Media, Knowledge Management, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling for internal audiences.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Office; basic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Own, structure, and optimise the team's knowledge repository, ensuring frameworks, guidelines, and historical data are accurate, up-to-date, and easily navigable
• Design, draft, and publish engaging intranet content to promote a strong risk culture and highlight best practices
• Translate technical risk management, data protection, and business continuity concepts into digestible, infographics, and updates
• Partner with team members to identify topics needing better internal visibility and propose creative communication methods
• Manage the preparation, consolidation, formatting, and review of risk and business continuity reports and dashboards for senior management
• Oversee the administration of related risk, data protection, and business continuity processes, ensuring information is captured accurately and integrated into knowledge systems
• Bring a fresh perspective to the team, proactively suggesting creative ideas for knowledge sharing, data visualisation, and staff engagement

About the Role

You'll take ownership of key knowledge repositories and drive content strategy - translating technical risk, business continuity, and data protection concepts into engaging intranet articles, infographics, and updates that raise awareness across the organisation.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
