Job summary

Qualifications

About the Role

You'll take ownership of website content - drafting, editing, formatting, and sourcing visuals - while coordinating stakeholder reviews to ensure everything is polished and ready ahead of key launches and updates.

What You Will Do

Website Development & Maintenance

• Draft, edit, format, upload, and maintain website content
• Source and recommend appropriate visual assets, including images and graphics
• Coordinate stakeholder review cycles, consolidate feedback, and incorporate revisions ahead of website launches
• Contribute to ongoing website maintenance and enhancement

Knowledge Management & Content Support

• Assist in organising, updating, and curating knowledge resources, web-ready content, and communication materials across research initiatives, events, and projects

Operations & Administrative Support

• Support the organisation of related meetings, presentation materials, follow-up actions, events, and stakeholder engagements
• Support other ad-hoc duties as required

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Communications, Digital Media, Knowledge Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in website content management, digital communications, or knowledge management preferred
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic visual asset sourcing
