Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Content & Website Executive for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on revamping the company website, updating content via CMS (Sitecore), and improving user experience.

You will coordinate with internal teams to publish programme updates and success stories. The position requires a Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or IT, with familiarity in HTML/CSS and SEO practices.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in digital media, communications, marketing, IT or related fields.
Experience in website management or digital content creation is advantageous.
Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore, and basic HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

Support revamp and enhancement of the organisation's website and UX improvements.
Manage and update website content using CMS, preferably Sitecore.
Coordinate with stakeholders to publish content and updates.
Monitor website performance, SEO, and user engagement metrics.
Conduct content audits, QA checks, and testing for accuracy and functionality.
Suggest improvements to navigation and content effectiveness.
Support digital transformation projects and ad-hoc reporting tasks.
