Responsibilities

• Website Management: Support website migration activities, including content transfer, testing, and quality assurance.
• Website Management: Create, edit, and update website content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Website Management: Assist with copywriting and digital content preparation for the new website platform.
• Website Management: Coordinate with internal teams, IT vendors, and external partners throughout the migration process.
• Website Management: Monitor website functionality after launch and elevate technical issues where necessary.
• Merchandise Development: Research and propose new merchandise ideas aligned with visitor interests and brand objectives.
• Merchandise Development: Coordinate with vendors on product development, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Merchandise Development: Support product design reviews, sample evaluations, and quality checks.
• Merchandise Development: Monitor merchandise sales performance and gather customer feedback to support improvements.
• Administrative & Project Support: Provide administrative and operational support for website and merchandise projects.
• Administrative & Project Support: Assist with documentation, project coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• Administrative & Project Support: Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
