Job summary

STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking a senior risk and governance professional to drive policy implementation and risk governance across Wealth Solutions. You will ensure compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements, and oversee key risks, controls and governance arrangements.

You will support the WS COO as delegated Country Process Owner, coordinate audits and outsourcing governance, and partner with risk, operations and business teams to strengthen controls and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management.
• Strong governance, policy and risk management covering operational, regulatory and data privacy risk.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management products and operations.
• Experience in risk assessment, control design, issue remediation and auditing.
• Ability to drive change and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review group policies to ensure WS teams comply with requirements.
• Support Country Process Owner in risk assessments and control design.
• Minimize operational risks and investigate significant loss events.
• Manage internal and external audits and peer reviews.
• Collaborate on remediation plans with BRM and stakeholders.
• Monitor emerging risks and supervise outsourcing governance.
• Ensure governance of outsourced functions and activities.
