Job summary

Maybank Singapore (Wealth Management Corporate Office) is seeking a highly motivated professional to support the strategic management of business risks and process optimisation initiatives within Wealth Management Singapore. This role partners closely with segment heads and key stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while improving operational efficiency, scalability, and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields or risk/operational disciplines.
• 3–5 years in banking, financial services, risk management or operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of risk management within a banking/wealth context.
• Experience with process review, mapping, RCA and workflow redesign.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Compliance, Risk Management and Governance teams to build and maintain risk management frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, risk controls and governance standards.
• Assess and monitor risks across client onboarding, portfolio management, reporting and servicing.
• Develop KRIs and lead internal risk assessments, reviews and audits with remediation plans.
• Design and enhance processes to improve efficiency, scalability and client experience.
• Support digitalisation, automation and system enhancements to strengthen controls.
