Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, Law, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in compliance, risk management or governance within a private banking environment.
• Deep technical understanding of wealth management products, front-office operations, and regulatory expectations.
• Demonstrated capability in managing senior stakeholder relationships and navigating complex legislative requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of managing multi‑faceted priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive first-line risk oversight, compliance, and governance frameworks across front-office wealth management operations.
• Execute and enhance first-line risk management governance to ensure business practices align with regulatory frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders and operational teams to refine control processes and foster a strong risk culture.
• Oversee end-to-end client onboarding, periodic reviews, account maintenance and static data management.
• Provide strategic advisory on internal guidelines, anti-money laundering policies, cross-border regulations, and suitability standards.
• Direct internal audit reviews, policy enhancements, and risk assessment monitoring to ensure seamless institutional governance.
