Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a senior risk governance professional to drive policy implementation and risk governance across Wealth Solutions, ensuring compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements.

The role supports the WS COO as Country Process Owner for WS processes, coordinating audits, outsourcing governance and remediation to strengthen controls and enable sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management, preferably from Retail Banking.
• Strong exposure to policy, governance and risk management frameworks.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management products and operations, enabling governance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Review Group policies and standards to ensure WS compliance.
• Support Country Process Owner duties for WS processes and risk controls.
• Assist in minimizing operational risks and remediating loss events.
• Manage internal and external audits and peer reviews.
• Collaborate on Management Action Plans with BRM to close issues.
• Monitor emerging risks and conduct predictive risk management.
• Ensure governance of outsourced WS functions and activities.
