Schroders Wealth Management seeks a Relationship Management Assistant in Singapore to support Relationship Managers in servicing private wealth clients. You will handle portfolio administration, client communications, onboarding, and trade execution support, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with operations and compliance teams, contribute to process improvements, and help deliver a seamless client experience while upholding Schroders’ values and standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client servicing, client administration or operations within private wealth or related financial services.
• Regulatory licences or certifications applicable to Singapore wealth management advisory (CMFAS modules).
• Strong knowledge of investment products and portfolio administration with risk controls.
• Familiar with KYC/AML, suitability and documentation standards with high attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Support Relationship Managers to service private wealth clients and portfolios.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and maintain records of actions taken.
• Handle client administration including cash transfers and overdraft monitoring.
• Set up accounts for new clients and coordinate onboarding documentation.
• Process cash-transfer requests and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Review transaction statements, monitor settlements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain account data and assist with periodic reviews and documentation refreshes.
• Prepare investment proposals and materials for client discussions.
• Execute trades in line with client instructions and approvals.
• Collaborate with operations and compliance to ensure a seamless client experience.
