Job summary

Schroders Wealth Management in Singapore seeks an Associate Relationship Manager to work with Senior Relationship Managers, developing into a trusted adviser for UHNW/HNW clients in Asia. You will handle day-to-day client needs, build relationships, and contribute to new business opportunities while aligning with MAS regulations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, prepare investment proposals, and help manage client onboarding and ongoing servicing, delivering a high-quality client

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Recognised university degree; MAS licensing (CACS) preferred.
• Familiarity with wealth structuring solutions for Asian clients.
• Experience across public and private markets; MAS regulations knowledge.
• CFA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Managers to manage client portfolios in line with agreed strategies and MAS regulatory expectations.
• Develop understanding of clients’ financial situations, family structures, investment objectives and risk appetite.
• Execute trades and implement investment recommendations accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare for and attend client meetings; produce clear follow-ups and timely actions.
• Deliver portfolio reviews and reporting to clients professionally and consistently.
• Support business development efforts, including identifying opportunities within existing networks.
