Job summary

Raffles Family Office in Singapore seeks a capable client operations professional to support onboarding, account maintenance, and client requests in a fast-paced private banking environment. You will assist with KYC, liaise with Relationship Managers, and ensure timely execution of transactions while upholding the highest professional and regulatory standards.

Fluency in English and Chinese is essential to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Familiar with private bank account opening, KYC write-ups, and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle new account openings, maintenance, transfers, loans, payments and product recommendations.
• Assist onboarding during KYC beef-up and benchmarking.
• Manage and resolve client/RM inquiries about services and products.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
• Assist onboarding of new Relationship Managers.
• Assist in fund subscription documentation and processing.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for seamless service.
