Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking an Operations Specialist in Asset Services for a 6‑month contract. You will handle pre‑processing checks for client payments, ensure approvals align with signing mandates, and perform callback verification on asset transfers, working with wealth management teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Private Bank Operations, especially Remittances, Callback or Client Service roles.
• Tertiary education with a good academic track record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Pre-processing checks for payments ensuring approvals and signing mandates.
• Callbacks on Asset Transfer and Static updates.
• End-of-day control checks and BAU task completion.
• Handle BAU queries and escalate as needed.
• Participate in Change Management projects when required.
