Qualifications

• A degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably wealth management or stockbroking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify stock transfer instructions from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external custodians and brokers to facilitate stock transfers.
• Conduct checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues in the transfer process.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for audit trails and compliance.
